Constellation Stage & Screen Spring 2023 Short Film Project for Teens

Course Description:

Jump into a full-scale short film production with Constellation Stage & Screen’s Short Film Project for 9th – 12th graders! This immersive, experiential, project-based learning environment will give young filmmakers the opportunity to work on a safe, fun, and collaborative film set. Filmmakers will learn and actively participate in each stage of film production: Pre-Production, Production, Post-Production. 

Synopsis:

A student journalism crew gets sent to cover the court case of a zombie who's on trial for "munching on a dog like a corn cobbler at a carnival". Does anyone really even know what that means??

Constellation Stage & Screen Fall 2023 Short Film Project for Adults

Course Description:

In this Constellation Studios project, students will jump into a full-scale short film production. This immersive, experiential, project-based learning environment will give filmmakers the opportunity to work on a safe, fun, and collaborative film set. 

Synopsis:

When a coroner discovers that she has the ability to communicate with the dead, she seeks to discover the truth in order to bring closure to a young woman who has passed. As she pieces together the woman's story, she discovers the answers might be closer to her than she ever could have imagined.

Course Description:

In this Constellation Studios project, students will jump into a full-scale short film production. This immersive, experiential, project-based learning environment will give young filmmakers the opportunity to work on a safe, fun, and collaborative film set. 

Synopsis:

When a group of kids suddenly find themselves trapped in a mysterious cage, they must work together to sort out their differences, find commonality, and get their way out.

Bryn Mawr Summer Filmmaking Workshop 2018

Course Description:

Collaborate to write, produce, direct, and edit a film. Create a polished script and short film through the experiential process of pre-production, production, and post-production. Work with fellow aspiring filmmakers to learn the art and craftof filmmaking while creating a movie that expresses your ideas in your voice.

Synopsis:

When two teenagers, Stevie and Jared, commit a crime without a getaway driver, they're left to call for a ride. With each stop in their journey, they begin to question their destination. Will they do the right thing? Or will this getaway truly drive them down a one-way road to trouble?
